Where equipment already exists, we assess upgrade options and service life before recommending replacement, then explain available maintenance and support options.
Higher specifications are not always the best choice. Some tasks need faster storage, more memory, or compatible software more than a more powerful processor. Matching specifications to actual usage helps direct the budget and reduce bottlenecks that affect the team.
Does the service include maintenance after handover?
A regular maintenance contract can be added. Covered devices, visits, response arrangements, and support scope are defined in the agreement.
