CCTV Layout Design in Kuwait
How camera locations and coverage angles are planned before installation to reduce modifications and repeated costs.
A camera layout defines each camera's position, coverage angle, cable route, and the recorder's location. Preparing it before installation reduces the need to relocate points later.
Why plan before installation?
Once walls and ceilings are closed, changing a cable route becomes costly. Identifying points early makes infrastructure work more accurate and reduces rework.
- Reduce wall reopening after finishing
- Sufficient cable routes
- Suitable Location for the Rack and Recorder
Key plan elements
The layout includes camera locations, approximate coverage angles, cable routes, the recorder's location, and a preliminary point schedule with quantities.
Coverage Angles and Priorities
Entrances, exits, payment points, and sensitive areas come first, followed by general movement routes. Mounting height and lighting affect the final result.
From Drawings to Handover
After reviewing the plan with the customer, we issue the final version within the agreed scope. An as-built plan can be prepared after installation when included.
Do the Drawings Replace a Site Survey?
No; the layout is developed from a site survey or a meeting with the customer and a review of the architectural drawings.
Does the Design Include Official Approval?
Official accreditation is provided only when held by the company and in accordance with regulatory requirements, and it is stated in writing.
