📑 سياسة الإلغاء (Cancellation Policy)

في GulfCCTV نسعى لتقديم أفضل تجربة تسوق لعملائنا. إذا رغبت في إلغاء طلبك، يمكنك الاستفادة من سياسة الإلغاء وفق الشروط التالية:

1. متى يمكنك إلغاء الطلب؟

1. قبل شحن الطلب: يمكن إلغاء الطلب في أي وقت قبل أن يتم شحنه، وسيتم استرداد المبلغ بالكامل.
2. بعد شحن الطلب: لا يمكن إلغاء الطلب بعد شحنه، ولكن يمكنك الاستفادة من سياسة الإرجاع بعد الاستلام.

2. كيفية تقديم طلب الإلغاء

1. تواصل مع فريق خدمة العملاء عبر البريد الإلكتروني: support@gulfcctv.com أو الهاتف: +965 67766846.
2. زوّدنا برقم الطلب وسبب الإلغاء.

3. استرداد المبالغ

1. يتم استرداد المبلغ إلى وسيلة الدفع الأصلية خلال 7–14 يوم عمل.
2. في حال الدفع عند الاستلام (COD)، سيتم التنسيق معك لتحويل المبلغ إلى حسابك البنكي.

At GulfCCTV, we are committed to providing the best shopping experience. If you wish to cancel your order, you can do so under the following conditions:

1. When can you cancel your order?

1. Before shipment: Orders can be canceled at any time before they are shipped, and you will receive a full refund.
2. After shipment: Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. However, you may use our Return Policy after receiving the product.

2. How to request a cancellation

1. Contact our customer support at support@gulfcctv.com or call +965 67766846.
2. Provide your order number and the reason for cancellation.

3. Refunds

1. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
2. For Cash on Delivery (COD) payments, our team will coordinate with you to transfer the refund to your bank account.
